Staff Pastor/Parish Relations
This committee consists of 9-11 persons that handle all employment issues relating to the church staff. They are to encourage, strengthen, nurture and support the pastor and the staff. The committee performs staff evaluations and makes salary recommendations to the Church Council. They communicate with the District Superintendent of the Albany District regarding the relationship of the pastor with the church. Also, the unity of the church is a concern of the committee, as well as communications between the congregation and the staff. Members of the congregation are encouraged to provide constructive feedback to any member of the committee.
